at Heather Gordon Spa & Wellness
We all navigate the world conditioned with expectation. Our relationship with expectation in regards to ourselves, others and the world are only as level headed as the person in possession of them. Many of us are pros at managing our expectations, while some of us keep up the best we can and the rest… well…. let’s not get into it.
To keep us from being at the mercy of mismanaged expectations, as you have expectations set on how we at HSGW must behave and conduct ourselves, we at The Lair also have expectations of behavior and conduct of you while within our halls.

COVENANT OF CONDUCT OF THE LAIR
Covenant No. 1 : Don’t be a dick. (2 Articles)
Article 1: Respect is earned, not given. Common decency costs nothing. Rudeness, disruption, and disrespect towards staff and other clients will not be tolerated.
Article 2: Don’t be creepy. ‘Nough said.
Covenant No. 2 : Don’t be the White Rabbit. Please be on time.
We respect your time. Please respect ours. No calls/No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Cancels will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Please review our 24hr Policy.
Covenant No. 3 : Witches Order: Follow your aftercare.
We pride ourselves on being a results driven spa. If you are unwilling or neglectful with your prescribed aftercare, we are not the service provider for you. While some services may offer immediate results, nothing is overnight. Everything takes time. Even immediate results require patience, care, and maintenance.
Covenant No. 4 : This is not The Babysitters Club.
Our environment and children are NOT a match made in heaven. See our Policy on Children & Guests.
Covenant No. 5 : We do not condone counterfeit experiences or information.
As transparency and honesty is expected of us, we expect the same of you. Our Skin Ritualists are licensed professionals and are constantly in practice of their craft. They have seen it all and know the signs. Please do not lie in attempts to get services.

No shirt. No shoes. No service. Pretty straight forward.
Covenant No. 7 : Homework of the adult world: Consent Forms are not optional.
Paperwork is non-negotiable. Consent forms are mandatory. Take that up with HIPPA. Not us. Not filling out the forms prevents us from performing services and prevents you from receiving them.
THE GOSPEL OF LASHES
For Lash Memberships, a full set must be completed and purchased. Membership covers the fills not the initial full set.
A fill is not a full set. A fill restores a full set.
A full set a heavy fill does not make.
If in between fills you have less than 50% of your lash extensions retained, OR you exceed 3 weeks in between fills, a full set will need to be booked.
Do not book an appointment for a fill in expectancy of a full set. Erroneous bookings will result in a reschedule and full payment of the appointment booked. Book a full set or amend your appointment to the appropriate service.
Take care of your lashes. Clean them well regularly and prevent any contact with oil based products with your lashes. Avoid mascara, most makeup and skincare products in your lash line.
If you are in possession of lash extensions from another studio, you will need to book a consultation to confirm if our Lash Ritualists can work on top of them. If they cannot, you will be advised to have them removed and to get a new full set or you will be advised to shed them naturally before getting a new set with us.
Compromised lashes, for extensions or chemical processes, will be advised of a rehabilitation regime to restore the integrity of your natural lashes before getting extensions, lifts or tints.
