Strings of Fortune

Welcome to games at The Lair! Starting August 2024, we will unveil a new game for our membership and non-membership satellites [clients] alike to play. Our first ever round of STRINGS OF FORTUNE will begin 8.15.2024. Strings of Fortune is HGSW's version of Bingo! Complete a task to get a string. Every row is "a string" and every string completed gets your name put into our raffle to win a free month of either Lash or Facial Membership of your choosing.

If the winner is one of  our non-members whose beauty ritual of choice are lash extensions,  you can get a full lash set at membership pricing + [2] comped  bi-weekly fills. If skincare is your ritual of choice then you will receive [1] comped Signature Facial + membership add-on perks.

If the winner should be one of our Lair Members, you will get the month following the closing of the Strings of Fortune game in your active membership comped. 

When you come in for a service starting  early August,  you will receive an SoF bingo card to complete. The card is your responsibility to keep track of and for every square you complete, bring it to the front desk to get stamped. 

THE GAME

Our first round of Strings of Fortune will begin August 15th, 2024 and will end 7pm November 13th, 2024. The latest that all cards must be physically turned in to the front desk is by 7pm November 15, 2024. Drawing for the raffle is Saturday, November 16th, 2024.

This game is for both Lair Members and Lair Non-members alike. Anyone who receives services with us can play and can win! The more strings gained/lines completed, the more chances one has to win. It is the your prerogative to complete as many lines as you wish.

Each card will be dated when it is first given to each player and the dates of when the game/round has started and ends, the latest the cards must be turned in, and the date of the drawing are all included on the card as well.

Remember to include your name on the card. Cards with no name will be discard and exclude from the raffle at time of drawing.

THE WIN & THE WINNER

Announcement of the winner will be made on our instagram, Facebook, and our weekly Almanac following the close of the game for all to see. The winner is personally contacted via the email we have in your client profile.  The winner has up to 3 days after the announcement to claim their win and select their free membership experience. Day 2 of the 3 day threshold, the winner is contacted via text message as a reminder to claim their win. The announced winner has until the end of business day [7pm] on the 3rd day to claim their win. After 7pm of the 3rd day and the next day, a new winner will be drawn from the raffle and contacted. No exceptions.

The winner of Strings of Fortune can claim their win through either email, text or call. SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE avenue to claim win.

The winner has 30 days from the day of drawing to redeem their win. This includes the 3 day claim threshold. Not in addition to. 

THE RULES & DETAILS

1. Strings can be played by both Lair Members and Lair Satellites  (non-member regulars). 

2. Each game/round of Strings has a 90 day life span: 8.15.2024- 11.13.2024.

3. Each bingo card has 25 squares with 12 strings: [2] diagonal, [5] horizontal, [5] vertical.

4. For every [1] string gained/line completed, a player's name is entered into a raffle to win a free month of membership of either Lash Extensions or our Signature Facial. Those who want lashes must purchase a full set first. Winner can get a full set at membership pricing. Pricing varies on the style you chose. See our Lash Memberships for more details.

5. Each completed square is marked by HGSW front desk via either Signatured Initials/Signia or a special stamp.

6. Cards must be brought in and presented to the front desk for each square completed to be marked. Only the front desk can mark the cards.

THE CARD

Each SoF card has 25 squares with 12 strings: [2] diagonal, [5] horizontal, [5] vertical.

1. There are [2] Whisper Stream Squares. Players must have two [2] separate referrals. Both referrals will need to come into the spa and book/complete any service and give the name of the person who referred them during any active  SoF round. *See Whisper Stream Rules

2. There are [7] Social Media Squares. In order for SM squares to count, the spa must be tagged and @'d (instagram) and those posts shown to frontdesk staff. Story receipts must be saved/presented. Posts cannot be repeated. ACCEPTABLE HASHTAGS for the game are: #HGSWbingo

3. There are a total of [10] online tasks/squares: social media squares [6], [1] google review task, [1] online purchase square, and possibly [2] skin potion purchase tasks if player buys online from PCA and/or RA store. *Purchase of either PCA, RA or both fulfills the [1] “purchase online square”. **Online/instore purchases must be made during an active SoF round in order to count. Any purchases made after the game ends, 7pm 11.13.2024, will not count. ***Proof of online purchase must be presented to frontdesk at time of presenting your card. ****SoF Cards must be present at time of instore purchases during an active game period.

4. There is [1] “Tell us your favorite beauty ritual” task. This can be completed online via instagram whenever we post the question or you can complete it on the bottom of the card itself.

5. There are [8] service tasks/squares. Cards must be presented at the end of service/close out of ticket.
